The rules for using ZeroMDroid, the free plan and the Pro licence.
Last updated 7 October 2026
In short
- ZeroMDroid is free to use with ads and a free-time limit. A Pro licence removes both.
- A licence is personal, for the term and number of devices we agreed. Do not share the key.
- Your files are yours and are your responsibility: we never see them.
- The software is provided as it is, without guarantees, and our liability is limited as set out below.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Fabrixly (“we”, “us”) and cover the ZeroMDroid apps for computers and phones, this website and the Pro licence. By installing or using them you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use ZeroMDroid.
2. The software
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ZeroMDroid on your own devices (and, for a business, on its devices) for lawful purposes. ZeroMDroid and its parts belong to us or to our licensors. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it, remove its notices, or use it to harm others or break the law. Parts of it are open-source components under their own licences, listed in the notices that come with the app, and nothing here limits your rights under those.
3. Free use and ads
ZeroMDroid is free to use. Without a licence it counts “free time” that is spent only while you use it, and shows ads (on phones, from Google AdMob; on computers, our own messages). You can add time by watching ads, within the limits the app shows. We may change how much free time, how many ads and which limits apply. If an ad cannot be shown, the app gives you the time anyway; we do not promise that ads, or any particular ad, will be available.
4. The Pro licence
- What it is. A signed key that removes the ads and the time limit on the devices it covers.
- Term. Monthly, yearly or lifetime, as agreed with you. A monthly or yearly licence ends on its end date and does not renew by itself; ask for the next key before it ends. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer the licence for the version you use, not for your lifetime.
- Devices. The licence covers the number of devices agreed. You can move it to another device (enter the key there and choose which device it replaces) or free a device on the licence page.
- Personal key. Keep the key to yourself. If a key is shared beyond what was agreed, or used in breach of these terms, we may cancel it.
- Price and payment. Agreed with you by e-mail before the key is sent. Nothing is charged by the apps or this website.
- Refunds. Decided case by case: write to admin@fabrixly.com. Nothing here limits any refund right you have by law.
- Cancelling. You can ask us to cancel a licence at any time. We may cancel a licence for misuse, or if a payment we agreed is not made. A cancelled licence stops working the next time the app checks it.
5. Your files and your devices
ZeroMDroid copies, moves and can delete files and folders on your devices when you tell it to. You are responsible for what you send, receive, share and delete, for having the right to do so, and for keeping backups. We never receive your files. Allow access to your folders, drives, network and camera only on devices you control.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ZeroMDroid or this website to break the law, to send malware, to access devices or data without permission, to overload or attack our servers, to try to get around licence checks, or to copy the licence server’s answers into a service of your own.
7. Third parties
Phones use Google AdMob and your operating system’s own services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. Links to other sites are for convenience: we are not responsible for them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and the licence server available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If the licence server cannot be reached, an app that already has its licence keeps working. We may change, add or stop features, and update these terms; if we make an important change we say so in the app or on this website.
9. No warranty
ZeroMDroid is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Transfers depend on your devices and networks, and we do not promise that a transfer will always succeed or that no data will ever be lost.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits or loss of business, and our total liability for anything connected with ZeroMDroid is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and consumers keep the rights the law gives them.
11. Ending
You can stop using ZeroMDroid at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to a licence for a serious breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 9 and 10) continue after the end.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Fabrixly is established, and the courts of that country decide disputes, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
